    If only they could make a mug warmer ( that was advertised as one ) but it actually made the pad very very cold / cool so they would connect it via USB thinking ah, will keep my cuppa warm, when in fact it cools ya drink down fast as < word >

    Not USB and a little bit outside the £10 range, but this will do the trick: Schuco Cryospray 350ml Liquid Nitrogen Spray available to buy online at Williams Medical Supplies

    Only about £662 out of the £10 range lol. I was hoping for something less conspicous ie not so obvious for IT Techs etc
