What quals have they got so far?
Could always send them on any of the following
MCITP (Pick a pathway)
BTEC First Diploma (should take a year on a night course)
If your place can afford it, a Foundation Degree is also a good option

Cheers Guys, what sort of Foundation Degree would you suggest?

G23 - Foundation Degree in Computing and IT Practice - Open University Qualification < this one is a good one, and then it allows for completion to full degree
If they have CCNA, that is transferrable as a 60 credit module (FYI)

I have signed up for this one and start in may and will be going onto the Bsc. I managed to claim 60 points for a previous module done at lancaster Uni and 2 of the courses allow you to cash in you Micorosft or Cisco qualifications so I will get 60 from them as well.

if I signed up, I am able to claim
60 pts for Cisco Module
120 points for modules previously done at University of Luton
So its a hell of a bump

I've just completed this It was pretty mundane but is a qualification at the end of the day, I don't have any a-levels so its enabling me to jump to Level 4 stuff now.
