    It's worth while don't get me wrong, but I don't understand why it needs a media technician with a film technology degree and a 2 grand camera to take pictures of frayed carpet and broken guttering.

    Head asked me to scan a jigsaw puzzle for her as she HAD to have the exact image on it... if it was anybody else I would have told them where to go but instead I am still here 30 minutes later trying to put together a jigsaw face down on the scanner as if I have nothing better to do -.-

    I... Think you win. Could you not reverse image search it? Or at least scan the box if it still has it?

    If you could see the scanner I was forced to use you would understand my pain if I moved it an inch it would most likely self destruct.

    Seriously @nyiss. Do it the right way up and take a photo of it! It is much easier than what you are doing!

    Best one I had the other day... I sent a set of instructions around on how to log in to HAP with screen shots (we have to hold their hands through things where I work). The next day I get a call saying the system was great and they loved it, however, it wasn't working today and wouldn't even let them typed their username and password in. I said strange, tested externally and internally, all fine.

    I then said ok, show me, and used VNC to view their screen... They were only clicking on the username and password field in the screenshot inserted into the email body... Face palm

    Teacher: "File download stops at 98%, problem with internet?"
    Us: "Internet connection is fine, probably issue with server file is hosted on. Can you send us link to file so we can investigate further?"
    Teacher: "Erm... I don't know how to send you the link. Search for x in Google and you will find the file."

    Later this afternoon in the same office...

    My boss, a NM: Can you help me move a tumble dryer from one teacher's car to another teacher's car. Here are their car keys, both teachers are currently teaching...

    lol used to get that all the time when I was a field engineer working at a supermarket, people would load up their shopping onto a conveyor belt with till bits all over it..

    Anyway back on topic:

    Just gone live with Sims this week so, rushed off my feet with sorting all the niggles out. Get called earlier can you phone mr and mrs x up and give them their eportal login?
    The lady sounded surprised when I said no and then I had my line manager in here asking the same question <sigh>.....
