I've been lucky enough to be shortlisted for a job outside of education with the interviews being held tomorrow I am up against 7 others but if i got the job it would be an amazing change and challenge something i feel i am more than ready for. The role is a Senior IT Support Analyst with citrix and exchnage experience my only advantage is my friend is already in the job and although I have no citrix experience his boss said that he is more than happy to provide certification to the right person. Now Having not had an Interview in over 3 years I look to you guys to see what types of questions you feel would normally get asked more on the Technical aspect of things really ??
I think these days you need to be more up on customer relations than technical because technical can be anything
