    Is it really this old?

    The BBC Micro turns 30 ? reghardware

    I remember this as school, with the little 'mouse' that you gave commands to draw something on paper.......

    bbc with a mouse posh school you went to lol diddnt see a mouse till primary school got their wirst archimedes the year i was leaving and they wouldnt let top year on it as we would get to use them at secondary school grr.

    you dont mean a screen turtle do you so fwd 10 rt 90 etc?

    Still think riscos was probably the best os ive ever used it just worked and worked quickly

    Haha, a turtle yes!
    You put it on the floor with a pencil in the dock and you could give it commands to draw and move around. That was awesome - I went home and hustled my dad for a shiny new c64 after that!
