    I tend to limit myself to a maximum of 3 biscuits at a time, however the time between each 3 biscuits is short!

    6 hobnobs is about 1500 calories. Daily recommended intake for a man is approx 2500 calories.....doesn't leave a lot, does it!

    Oh, that's interesting - I did check several sites - 67 calories is really quite low though. Maybe my figures are for 100g?
    Still a sixth of your daily calories!
    AND 3g of fat including 1g of saturated - don't think your arteries would like that..

    Yeah...but what a way to have 1/6th of the cals!!!

    Interestingly (for me) gingers come in at between 35 and 53 cals.....So I'm even better off!!! Must crack in with the next pack....!!!

    Some fool made a Key Lime Pie and brought in here today. I resisted whilst making it but had 2 serving today, good job I'll be able to dance it off later.
