What on earth are you on about -

*Note: '+' means dial international call prefix first

So for UK support I swap the + for an 0 or I have to dial an international number, which is blocked but our LEA and have to go via a switchboard.

They don't have a UK support number I don't think, I think it is an international one, as that is the same number for Australia, Belgium etc...

Usually, support is done via the UK distributor IIRC, Steljes.

Thats bagshot manner - UK head office where support are based - ask for technical and they will put you through to the correct team based on the product etc.
