Hotmail for sign ups to stuff (EG Sign ups to websites and such like)
Gmail for purchases and personal emails (ebay, play.com, amazon etc)

Business use (my own personal domain account) Outlook with heavy spam filters. I would do OWA but can't justify it when the webmail client works just fine.

I have a Yahoo account for use on the Yahoo groups, I have my own mail hosted at 1&1 so use their webmail and Outlook client. I also use GMail for the odd bit and at work its an Exchange 2007 setup we connect to (hosted externally) so a mix of Outlook and their hack of OWA.

    I use hotmail mainly...
Use Exchange at work - but have a Google Calendar Sync (1 way)
Then I use my GMail Calendar on my android phone
I have my own domain name e-mail addy too - just all 3 accounts set up on my S2.

Used to have ssh to a box running pine on the command line
pretty much a rip off of 1990's Cambridge University email system before they 'upgraded' it to webmail.
Pine rocked, much faster than any modern webmail system!
