How to keep the IT staff happy

We have a member of staff who buys us a box of chocolates at the end of every school year and at Christmas and thanks us for all our help. Strange thing is he is one of our least frequent customers and the only time he asks for help is when he actually needs it, it's never a silly question.

The staff here know that for personal jobs we'd like beer, nookie or chocolate. We end up with a lot of beer and chocolate.....
