    All our staff have "standard" teacher accounts - this includes PGCE, GTP, temporary teachers and language assistants.

    The fact that you had loads of MP3s on your network from your student teacher is not entirely because they are a student - I'm sure that we could all provide examples of "full" teachers, some very senior, abusing the network in this way.

    Yep, had that happen....just stuck a notice on both intranet and staff room syaing to back up any mo3's as they were getting removed from the server. give them a days notice, cleared alot of space in the end.
