Tahoma for me!! It's just nice cool looking font. I also like the new Office 07 fonts, but I'm more keen on Tahoma. But the one thing I hate is seeing Times New Roman![]()

Isn't Verdana is the only font that is a "True Type" one for both PC's and Macs?

Well...
I do have a nice font called:" Waking the Witch"!!
Most public stuff I do is written in Verdana, but I know people that like Comic Sans because it doesn't create a stylised "a" (I still hate it though).
I also really like the font used on British road signs (you can download it - it's called Transport)
Don't think so - we've just bought some new fonts here which are apparently "MAC and Windows Open Type" format...Originally Posted by stephenleak

Calibri for a modern, clean stylish look, or Gill Sans for a more traditional look.
Agreed that Times New Roman is way overused, and boring as hell to look at![]()
Although the flip side of that is that people who suffer from dyslexia find non-seriffed fonts easier to read (and text which is left-justified only, not left-and-right justified, but that's another topic).Originally Posted by Andrew_C
Serifs are, however, useful when carving in stone, as they give cause the stone to break cleanly at the desired point. Sorry, sad pub trivia quiz fact, I'm full of them!
