13th July 2011, 11:25 AM #1 Google + development plan
Been on the Google forums this morning and over night the Google devs have stated the following:
On the Chrome OS the next patch will have G+ integrated into it so you can use huddle and such like right off the bat.
On the Chrome Browser version 16 (at the latest) will have G+ integrated into it so you can use huddle and such like on non-chrome/droid based systems.
On the Android OS the next version (V3.1) will have G+ and huddle integrated as a default app on the phone.
*I WILL UPDATE AS APPLICABLE AS ALMOST ALL HERE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FORUMS*

13th July 2011, 11:44 AM #2 That's good to know. Thanks for the info. I'm really beginning to like this G+, it shows a lot of promise and is a much better alternative to BookFace.

13th July 2011, 07:02 PM #3 Google Mail implementation is imminent. Expected by the end of next week that Gmail emails can show up in your streams, showing the first 1000 characters, and if you click on then email it will load up gmail.
Google Docs integration to be expected soon - This is so you can share documents with your circles online rather than finding a hosting site.

I for one hope this dosnt happen. I like my e-mails separate! Or if it does happen that the share option is automatically greyed out!

14th July 2011, 10:29 AM #8 I too would rather keep GMail out of it completely, so does that mean if my mailbox is getting spammed so is my Stream? I only want to view that what is 'social' and to be 'shared' in the Stream not all the rest of my junk mail. I like the integrated tool bar in GMail which gives access to G+, updates and all the rest. Hopefully they'll include an option to disable the GMail integration part.

Yep, they better get that working by winter, huddling around the desktop is the only way to keep warm when the boiler breaks...

15th July 2011, 10:34 AM #10 *UPDATE*
Google Chrome apps will be the closest to games you can get on G+, they are working on integration. All apps used on G+ must be free or they will be rejected
Gmail integration will have an opt out option or just have emails from people in your circles showing.
More soon

16th July 2011, 02:56 PM #14 Google apps integration is happening soon, no expected date as they are ironing out other creases first.
