New Academy - Inform ICO?

Have any new academies out there informed the ICO (Data Protection register) of your new status??

I believe we have, or were in the process of doing it, as it was brought up a couple of weeks back and my manager had some form or other to fill in.

If you are going to be processing data then yes you have to - even if the school name etc it staying the same it might be worth a call to them to find out

According to the ICO you have to re-register because legally you are a new entity.
