Asset Management - Kwok Information Server 2.8.0, Open Source Edition - Fab software and free!
Help Desk - Kwok Information Server 2.8.0 (but logging things ourselves as users are 'rubbish' at doing this).
Active Directory Adding Users (Bulk) - None - trying to find a good program script that I don't have to write!
Print Management - Have Print Manager Plus by Software Shelf International, but not really using it in anger!
Software Deployment - None, Manual install or built with the image.

My thanks to nephilism for starting this thread, and to all those who have replied. I am a school IT technician currently finishing off my computer science masters - my masters project being on aset management. Currently building an open-source web-based asset management. Although, it will be relatively custom, I am intending to GPL it at some point.. might be of interest to some of you - particularly those using an excell spreadsheet.
I am very interested to see those of you using Spiceworks yet still using a spreadsheet for inventory.. (same here). I am intending to include a tool to pull spiceworks inventory data, and compare with manually entered data. From my experience the hardware data in spiceworks is pretty accurate. Cannot say the same for software information. Have others had this experience ? If there are other reasons why you do not use spiceworks in an inventory role, I would appreciate knowing why.

On this topic, Lansweeper is very good for what it is and what it costs. I can remote control devices, check hardware, check software, reboot devices, notification of printers almost out of toner...amongst a real lot of useful things....highly recommended....
