eBuyer sucks! (my personal opinion)
Now, i ordered myself a NAS from them as a distraction...paid like £8 for next day delivery and waited in all day....nothing. I noticed on my account status it was being packed or something like that, but it had stayed like that all day.
I emailed to ask what was going on and that i wanted a refund for my next day delivery and got told that it was stuck in security checks and that i wouldnt get my refund as it was explained in the T&C's.
Now, ok i am at fault for not reading them but i have never came across anything like that before!? Did everyone else know this was the case? Why then would people risk paying for next day delivery when theres a chance you wont get it!?
Has the bad experiences forum gone!?

Do you have a link to the T&C's?
There are some threads on the ebuyer forums about this and seems to indicate that the order status would say "security checks" or something if that was the hold up and anyway what are the security checks?

I've had issues with next day delivery when we had the snow. It didn't turn up and Ebuyer tried to say it wasn't their problem. While I acknowledged it wasn't their fault I made the point that I have still paid for a service I didn't receive. I ended up getting the difference paid between next day and 3 day delivery. It was only about £2 but it's the principle of the thing!

My experience with ebuyer...
Very poor delivery
Often faulty products
grim customer support
But with usually the cheapest prices around I accept this and keep ordering from them.

My record with ebuyer and why I will never ever buy from them again....
Order a Seagate 250gb SATA hard drive....
They send me a Seagate 250gb IDE hard drive.
Complain, raise a ticket, acknowledge mistake, collect incorrect item.
Wait a week, new drive arrives... another 250gb IDE hard drive.
Have not very happy discussion with customer service rep, they try to do another replacement... I give up and keep the drive, and leave very negative reviews.

Every now and then on different forums a thread appears saying how rubbish ebuyer are and not once have I ever seen a reply saying "well I think they're brilliant". Just about says it all really........

I've never had any issues with them tbh, I do usually go for the super saver delivery and find it arrives sooner than expected.

have ordered from them countless times (the last being my eeepad arriving 3 weeks ahead of pre-order date). have had to return a tv bought once which had a dead pixel. they collected and replaced, next tv had dead pixel (again not their fault) and they said they would happily collect and replace that too but it was getting a pain so left it.
have used their support tickets once or twice and got an answer that i wanted. to be honest i cant complain. i think you will find good and bad reviews of every site, im sure there are people who love using amazon and those that have had orders go missing, same for just about every online store i'd guess

I have used them for a few years now and never had any bad problems.
Had a couple of faulty items which they have replaced quickly, but nothing really serious.
I buy from them all the time and find their delivery good and prices pretty keen.

Apart from the issue I mentioned earlier, I've never had any problems having used them for about 5 years, spending thousands of pounds. I would always recommend them for their price and 99% of the time they deliver when they say they will (Even if they use S****y link).

If you look, you will find someone has fault with *every single company in the world*. Without exception. The rule is simple, people will be quick to vent their dissatisfaction but the majority will be quietly happy and mention nothing of the positive experience.
