    I am looking for a cheapish web host for a charity website so they dont have a lot of cash any suggestions based on experiernce would be good

    Couple of options:

    - CSNewMedia with their proven reliability and many happy Edugeekers

    or

    - EdutechHosting is Edutech on here who will host not for profit sites for free.


    Having used both I was happy with both.

    Can highly recommend CS New Media, Linux Web Hosting, Shared Linux PHP/MySQL Hosting - CS New Media Web Hosting support is 1st class couldn't ask for anything better from them

    What's the recommendation for registration of a site when using Google of Microsoft Sites. the athletics Club i'm involved with has a MS site and recently had to change the site name because a third party had seized the name and wanted stupid money to let the club have it back.

    GoDaddy is a company (a very large company at that) who I have got a good deal from recently. Fiddly control panel though!
