    thanks folks...I think it must be a problem with the virgin name servers cos tracert is failing to reach the site

    yup same error here. I THINK lln uses virgin to connect to the interweb so that may be the issue

    We use Virgin [for now at least or supplier is changing in a month or two] We can get to the Autotrader without a problem. However:

    Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up? reports:

    I get the same result at home [my ISP is Virgin]

    Still confused.

    Working fine this morning for me on Virgin. Wasn't yest giving that error.

    Looks like it was a DDOS causing the issues according to the register:
