But what if X teacher needs their projector turning on for them, speakers turning up or DVD inserting into the DVD drive. You wont be there to hold their hand.

Shame our school isn't closing, mind you, I am in for a week anyway and working elsewhere the other. Not really a break but it is a holiday...from the teachers

Surely you are testing venues for training/meeting events. Thus you need to test the places for appropriate wireless/remote access using a variety of different methods. We all know that this needs to be tested for a lengthy duration in order to be able to roll out reliably in the future. Maybe once a week for testing of different Mobile devices

I think it's a Health & Safety issue. Air con dehydrates you... and if you don't have air con in your server room then you'll definitely be dehydrated in this weather!
