OK then - first major 'stupid moment' happened today......

Kept getting E-mails from this guy called Hector - was concentrating on something else at the time and sorted that and then setup a rule to filter the Hector E-mails which I would come back to later.
Quick check on the helpdesk and someone was reporting E-mail was not working in the Argentina office - so I started doing some investigation so sent a quick reply back asking for any error messages etc.....
New boss asked me what I was working on so I told him - he then said didn't you get the E-mail from Hector ? I said I did, I keep getting E-mails from him and was going to get back to him after I've sorted this.....
Find out that 'Hector' is actually the BT monitoring system which sends out E-mail when links fail.....Hence the E-mails [ and there was me thinking it was a person..... ]
The boss said he was caught out like that when it was setup too which made me feel a bit better.
Anyway I got someone to re-boot the router in the Argentina but that failed so it was case of escalating to BT.

BTW - can anyone suggest a good book on Exchange 2007 ? Never used it and it's doing my head in.

Also - there chucking a Blackberry my way at some point - whats one of those and what can you do with it ?

Can't help you with exchange, but Bossman has a blackberry and loves it, so he is your man on that front!
