Perhaps The Most Poorly Thought Out LEGO product Ever?

I think that Lego is a great product. However this may be their worst idea. My son is a real fan of Lego but I think even he would not be impressed by this 'spooky' model.

Don't see a problem except for the bad design. Above and below the eyes and the final line should be a full block. Now if they were slightly stumpier & came in orange, blue, pink and red then I would be all over them!

What's the point of that? All the parts are specialist, rather than generic blocks. Where's the skill in building something which has parts purpose built for it?

there are a lot less specialist pieces in lego now than their used to be and they tend to be just the "show bits" most of the internals are very standard parts (though this is the first one with a pnumatic compressor)

They've dumbed down Lego a lot these days... this is how it should be

Wanted those so bad when I was growing up, always out of my price range though... I guess there's always eBay :-P

I tried that but it's so frustrating trying to work with virtual Lego in 3D, give me the real thing any day!

    Brickshelf

Warning - the above website may cause grown adults to rummage around in their attic and pour lego all over the lounge floor. Traversing the house in bare feet should not be attempted during this period. Hoovering is also discouraged.
