Mobile phone which will allow contacts import from CSV/Excel

Looking for a 'cheap' mobile phone that will allow contacts to be imported from CSV/Excel.

    Any ideas?

I know BlackBerry will, and there's mention of Android phones being able to do it too?

There is indeed. Just wondered whether there's any other phone, Samsung or the like, that does it. Found a cheap Android now.

You can buy USB sim card adapters that will allow you to import contacts from a CSV onto the SIM
