I normally run distances between 10k - half marathon. Currently training for a 10-miler in 2 weeks time. All of which I suppose qualifies me as a keen runner...

I've just started doing "Parkrun" at my local park. Only 5km each time but I enjoy doing it.

i'm a football runner, not a runner runner! so i do about 50mins for 10k... some mates faster some slower

i never knew how different playing football was to running! football is all about recovery rate, running is just non-stop!

I run 10 miles each weekend, and I just ran the "muddy woody 6" in Hereford. http://www.wyevalleyrunners.co.uk/mu...os-lost-found/

6.8 miles of rough cross country in 66 mins.

My 10 mile time on the road is approx 1hr 15 mins

My knee needs to recover though. :-(

I'm a keen runner, currently training for the Stockholm marathon.

Best (only) half marathon time: 1:50.
