Is there such a thing as an e-card that doesn't require Flash? Or is the Apple community excluded from receiving such a thing?

I've received e-cards that contain no flash. Though it seems to be an excuse to forward on forwarded on forwarded emails with like funny pictures of kittens...

JibJab.com is the best site for cards in my opinion... though it requires flash as they're videos... but I know they work on iPads. :O
