    IT Training
    What IT training would you recommend normal users to enrol on? To cover such things as Word, Outlook, Internet browsing. But also teaching them about file sizes and file types?
    Is there only ECDL which covers this?
    Not necessarily only for an educational environment.

    Some of our teachers have done this course:
    MS DLC (Full 5 Modules) - Free Basic Computing Course | ALISON
    I don't know if it is comprehensive enough.The ECDL would certainly cover what you are looking for
