Dropbox are running DropQuest currently which gives you a series of challenges which earn you free space. If you complete them all you earn an extra 1gb of storage space for life!
Get started at: https://www.dropbox.com/dropquest2011The Dropbox Content team proudly presents...
The Inaugural Dropbox Dropquest!
If you've been on the forums the past few weeks, you've heard all about rabbit holes, ponies and other assorted potential New Year's treats. That said, I'd like to now invite you to a magic quest through Dropbox and the interwebs in a test that will reward your craftiness, skill and effort. There are awesome prizes, too! Expect to earn some extra space for Dropbox along the way.
There are also some additional epic prizes depending on how fast you finish!
Platinum (1): Dropbox hoodie, LIMITED EDITION Dropbox Hack Week t-shirt, signed Dropbox drawing by Jon, 50 GB for life!
Gold (10): (10) Dropbox hoodie, 10 GB for life!
Silver (20): Dropbox t-shirt, 5 GB for life!
Bronze (50): 2 GB for life!
Sound good? Feel free to work together with a friend or two, but remember that only the fastest will be rewarded! Good luck!
On a side point dropbox client is now version 1 and I noticed my client (0.7) did not autoupdate so if your running an old version check out the changes here and download the newest client.
If you dont have Dropbox, the best free online file storage, click here to sign up and both you and me will receive an extra 500mb of space!

quite a difficult quest if I am honest!!
I am on step 10 sudoko but afk for now
I did this last night - took a little while though :P
I also came across this page where you can get an extra 500mb if you're in education: https://www.dropbox.com/edu (worked with my .sch.uk address)
Also means you get 500mb for every person you refer.
sweet as! Thanks!
Might get the staff using dropbox to save me some bloody hassle! lol
The new client is pretty sweet too letting you have selective folder sync. I literally use dropbox every day

Don't know if it's a problem my end but the Dropbox website is going slow as hell right now, getting a lot of time outs. I'll give it another go later.
completed the quest at last...wow thats tough, it gets worse as it goes on! lol
I found steps 13, 14, 16, 17, 19 and 20 a real pain!!
It would appear the forum has crashed... but I got 10mb free space before it did... then got stuck with part 3!
This is the complete solution so do not look at it if you want to work it out yourself!

I thought the sliding puzzle was hard, this video may help. Step 28 is taking the P though I don't know how you are supposed to figure that out!
