I've sent them my cv for review 45 days ago. After 3 weeks of awaiting I started to write to them concerning about my cv review progress. All what I've received is some sorry letters about their writer being suffered from migraine.

As for now I've been told that the write Michael Lewis has already sent me my cv and that it is in my spam folder. As you can guess nothing is in my spam folder.
I've paid 129£ for their service.
Any suggestions what to do next?

Yes, it looked like a good number of the people who applied for our recent job opening had used a CV writing service of some kind. You could easily tell - they tended to be the ones using a standard page template and written in the third person, as if the author had simply cut-and-pasted a job description from somewhere. In some cases it looked as though they'd not even gotten that right, with the mangled-English CV stopping half-way through a sentence.
