That footage from the top of the capsule as it is hauled up is scary. And I hope these guys are looked after properly and not exploited. Properly managed, they could all make a fortune and not have to work ever again. It'd be horrible to see them get ripped off by some Chilean equivalent of that slime Simon Cowell.

The rescue effort was fantastic and thank god they all got out safe and well.
Just amazing with that little capsule plus the extra men that actually went down the shaft to co-ordinate things from the bottom as well.
I watched 30 and 31 come up this morning.

We got to that stage, and thought that having got that far we might as well stay up for the last 2 miners. I couldn't hold out for the rescuers though, and we turned in at 2:35am. It was amazing to see, I just can't believe how smoothly it all went!
