I love both... but don't like the sound of them together!

While I am a fan of chocolate - I don't like the sound of what I shall now refer to as "Chocomite".

    What a horrendous sounding concoction!

It's like carrot cake. I like carrots and I like cake, but the thought of the 2 of them together makes me want to Vomit. To be fair, I haven't tried carrot cake, so may well be missing out on a tasty treat. Perhaps the ultimate taste sensation would be chocolate Marmite spread on carrot cake?

I have to say I do like carrot cake. It makes it ssem a healthier option. I had a lovely slice in a cafe in Cardigan during the holidays.

You need to try carrot cake you are missing a treat. It does not taste of carrots.

I like chocolate and I like Marmite, but which is best? There's only one way to find out...

tbh I really like Marmite & marmalade on toast - sounds weird - but they sort of complement each other - like the salty caramel ice cream you get on the continent.

A teaspoon of marmite in with the beans gives beans on toast a je ne sais quoi.

Or spread on the toast... marmite on toast topped with scrambled egg is excellent too!

I guess I shall have to try Carrot cake then.

Another taste combination I'm reluctant to try is Marmite and Cheese. Again, I adore the 2 ingredients individually, but they just don't sound right together.

Tesco here does a nice slice of carrot cake. It's usally next to a slice of chocolate cake, it's a hard choice. I kid myself carrot cake is healthier.

Toasted cheese sandwiches with marmite are awesome.
