I had a look but am not sure how they would be able to help with a landline that suddenly goes dead and needed an engineer to fix?

I am considering plusnet as they do installs for £50 they also have a 60gb limit a month. I would go bt if they were offering a better download limit.

My sister has just signed up with them for her Uni flat including installation of the phone line (just needs someone in the exchange to jumper it through to the DP in the building and to jumper the DP (as i checked it when there the other day and its not jumpered through from an outside line yet) will see how it goes.....

They'll raise it as a fault if necessary and get somebody out?
