Goals? If I'm still alive tomorrow morning I'd have completed all the goals/challanges I've set myself this year. I'm off to do the Dunwich Dynamo tonight. 120mile bike ride starting at 8pm in Hackney East London and hopefully getting to Dunwich on the Suffolk coast by around 8am.

For the rest of the year, I don't know. Pretty much bike as much as possible. If the weather's nice bike in to the office, sort of thing. I have three weeks off over the summer and want to get some quality cycling in then. Maybe a camping trip, maybe a few runs out to the coast.

I do have a spare tire that I'd like to get rid off, but I'm quickly coming to realise that liposuction is the only way I'd ever get rid of this baby (that or cut out the Jaffa Cakes - and that's not happening!)

I'm going to try and get back into running. I've even been walking around inside (and outside) the house in bare feet in the hope of trying a bit of bare foot running.
