Devil Sold His Soul are an amazingly hard working group of guys, and this is an album that shows exactly that.
Can't recommend it enough, I've seriously had it on non-stop since monday.

That's my mates band (used to be in a band with him). He is the drummer, and is insanely talented! It's not really my kind of music but they are damn good at it.
I listened to them a few years ago when they came out with an EP and loved it then, thanks for the tip

There's been an album in between the EP and this BTW, which is alos very good - called 'A Fragile Hope'
They're touring like demons again, so be sure to catch them live too!

Have been listening to the Chemical Brothers interspersed with a bif of prog rock (it's me age, y'know) this week - shall look forward to the change
Had a quick listen. Sound like talented guys. Bit too much death metal type screaming for me though. I am a massive nirvana fan and like grungey rock but can only take so much throat ripping lol.
Agreed. I was enjoying the music and expecting (having never heard of them before) something more Pearl Jam-ish upto about 1:30 and then the, er, 'singing' started. Alas, sounds very talented and good at what they do but not my cup of cha.Originally Posted by dalsoth
