Lightbulb Microsoft Project Natal's new Milo (Virtual Human). It's pretty amazing.

This is actually quite amazing, could be a little creepy but Just think of what will be possible once this technology is perfected.

It was at E3 2009. They used an Xbox Dev kit I read that Milos responses were edited by an operator to make sure the presentation went to plan, but they have had extra development time so it is possible that it may eventually make it to your living room.

I want to watch the TED presentation for this but I dont think it is up yet.

The concept is pretty cool none the less. And as "JJonas" mentioned. Another couple of years in development and this could work really well, as Microsoft have no plans to release it at the moment anyway.

Should be interesting to see what they do with it.

I was at the MS Campus in Reading the other week and they demonstated it in their auditorium with a few volenteers. Looks great, easy to setup and once the bugs have been ironed out could be a really nice thing to have.
