Read the description and watched the video a few times and don't hear or see any mention of which floor it is, how do you know it's the third floor ?

I like it how he pushed the window back after getting back. He seemed very relaxed...

It didn't work then. They're still looking for him. Perhaps the police want their laptop, PDA and other stuff back?

Misleading name... I could only call it a capture house if the window slammed closed as he got in, with a big steel shutter coming down. Of course, a little hatch would need to open up, to reveal a hidden camera/monitor that recorded it all, and a message notifying the burglar that they police were on their way to talk to them

Or even better, an artificial wall is raised to reveal a tiger which is then let loose in the room.....

Or even better yet, in the middle of the floor is a trap door that opens on pressure and leads down to a massive bath tub, and he gets stuck in the tub like a spider. And the only way out is down the plug hole, which is really sewage pipes, and he crawls and crawls and crawls. Then he gets to the end and there is a big door, and he opens it and Jack Bauer is stood there ready to take him in.

    What time is it?!

Opportunistic stealing... don't give them the opportunity because if you do... bang, they'll get you!

You forgot the pointless room filled with invisible laser beams conveniently positioned so a flexible person can edge their way through, armed with nothing but a can of air freshener. They will wobble and almost touch the beam at least once just before the end.

No, what we need is a huge boxing glove on a rope that swings into shot and takes him out. Did I mention the glove is covered in spikes?
