What do you do day to day more though? Configuring routers and switches etc or administer servers?

Sorry for the stupidly late reply guys.
It's mostly server admin that I do. But wanted to look at Cisco stuff because all of that is completely foreign to me. I have done some mickey-mouse VLAN configuration on Netgear switches but no 'proper' switch stuff. Which I guess is kind of irrelevant for what I'm actually doing in my job. Hmm..
Thanks for the tips - I think I will investigate MS stuff a little closer
