    Fine here Simon.

Westfield did post a bulletin about some schools having connectivity problems though. I guess they are radio linked and had their antennas blown about yesterday.

    Ta for feedback

Turns out it won't work using my Firefox Portable (that I've been using all morning on various sites) but fine in vanilla IE on same machine.

    regards

To be fair to us Alan 99/100 it usually turns out to be either a site related problem or a schools local network issue. Yes, sites do get blocked etc by Smartfilter, but as you know we are working on that ie Smartfilter DA.

And I have ways of checking externally.....!

hehehe - that's a sign of guilt when you go on the defensive

We know you do your best

As you've mentioned it - is there a date as to when it will be ready?

No not as yet. Last I heard still some issues to iron out. Smartfilter are due to release an patch upgrade shortly, I'm told school pilot testing will start shortly afterwards.

Funny - I've been having a lot of trouble with it here (EMBC connection) over the last few days - though its fine at home - I'm starting to suspect EMBC have cocked it up again...

What? No, the PPTP is for connecting into the school from home. Not the other way round.
