    I am using it at the moment but more for the inventory side than the helpdesk functionality - seems to be very good for the price, comprehensive info but a decent clean interface.

    I may have a play with the helpdesk side when I have more time - would be interested to hear anyone elses opinions/experiences with it...

    @macca: do a quick search and yu will find many a post on helpdesks... most popular seem to be Liberum and One||Zero (which I use).
