    Ever Wondered How Ground Control Woke Astronauts Over The Years?

    They would use a 'wake up' track playing it to the crew when it was time to start moving.

    The link below takes you to an eighty four page PDF which lists the tracks used down the years.

    The list starts at:
    Gemini 6: December 1965: Jack Jones singing "Hello Dolly"

    The list finishes with:
    STS-132: May 2010: “Supermassive Black Hole” performed by Muse.

    Useful to settle an argument after a disputed Pub Quiz question or for creating your own playlist?

    It also lists the "wake up tracks" for the robotic missions.
