Everyone has amazing sandwiches, I feel I should be making an effort rather than my Salami and Piccalilli blandness

Subway Meatball Marinara, with cheese, toasted, on cheese and herb bread. With the usual salad and barbecue sauce.

This is serious stuff, gotta try this combination for Mondays. Listen to this, my sandwiches change according to the day of the week, that way I don't have to think much when I do them in the morning, just add spinach to the following:
M - meat, spanish chorizo always.
    T - tuna
    W - with tuna
    T -tuna
F - free choice in the cantine

No bread for me. I just have pieces of cucumber, celery, tomato and cheese. Followed by a pro-biotic yoghurt and an apple. Stopped eating bread every day a few months ago. I just have the occasional sarnie now when nothing else is available usually.

I'm on a diet and having vegetable smoothies at the moment for lunch. You see, ladies, men suffer to lose weight as well - none of this namby-pamby rivita rubbish with cottage cheese - for me it's 800mls of liquidised cucumber, vegetable juice, red peppers, tomatoes and celery. It tastes great and stops me going in to town to buy rubbish from Greggs.

Today saw me consume for dinner a ham sandwich on birdseed bread (granary for its real name), half a dozen cherry tomatoes, a small jelly with fruit, chocolate animal biscuits and a brunch-bar and a bag of crisps. Yesterday was that and a large Pasta King from the 6th Form Bistro which was scummy People wonder why I am not an elephant with all that food I eat as I graze on the large supply's of biscuits we also have in our office
