If you must drink Carlsberg, drink "Elephant Beer", or rather, chill it well, don't open it, smash yourself repeatedly over the head with it, and return it to the fridge. You get precisely the same effects, but can do it over and over again!

Roll on 5:30, technicians pub time! Proper local beers too, some really nice light hoppy numbers available.

    This, mostly.

I had a Stroud Brewery Budding and a Tom Long last night. Also had a bottle of Budweiser (no not that awful American rubbish).

I had a single bottle of stella (large bottle) sat in the garden listening to the birds tweet! Very relaxing!

My missus bought me 6 bottles of Tactical Nuclear Penguin from Brewdog for my last birthday - I drank them a few weeks back in one go and was totally wrecked - they're supposed to be the world's strongest at 32% strength. I don't remember much of the two days afterwards.

35 I think. It was very nice. I was saving them for a special occasion but then had a carp week and needed to blank it all out.

Greene King IPA Export strength - fortunately I only had one bottle in the house so temptation to have more was pointless.

Was on hobgoblin on wednesday (sister in law bought me a couple of bottles to have with dinner, as brother-in-law was on the stella (ick)). Will be Tim Taylor's tonight though I think.
