14th May 2010, 02:46 PM #1 Roll back Tom tom firmware
I updated my new Tom Tom a couple of days ago and it's created a few issues, I'd like to roll it back is there a 'supported' method? I can see the odd manual way but I'm not in the mood for trashing it.

Thanks.

15th May 2010, 07:45 AM #3 Hmm I don't have a backup as it's brand new, I pluged it in to the home software and it updated it, Doh!!!
The issue is the same as in the forum post
"About everyother re-boot of the gps it has a very strange washed out color on the screen and at times will boot up with the screen completey off center. I will turn it off and turn it back on and it is fine. After 2 or 3 re-boots it does it all over agian.

15th May 2010, 10:45 AM #5 I ordered it online so that would be a pain and I need it next week for a trip to France, it's something I can cope with for now they'll have to fix it at some point. I'll ring support next week.
