Hey Eerybody,

I've just been trauling the internet for something to pass half an hour and found YouTube - Noah takes a photo of himself every day for 6 years. so I've decided to give it a go myself, I won't get to anywhere like this time length but I'm guna try for a few months and who knows!

Has anybody on here ever tried anything like this before?

Not tried that exactly, but I am doing a "Project 365" which is where you take a picture of something every day for a year, mainly as an exercise in improving my photography skills, and the challenge of it.

Over the Christmas and New Year period and friend and I built a website to support it, after another friend suggested it in late December. He writes ASP, I write PHP so there was a programming challenge involved in getting the bits I'd done to talk to his bits. Over times he's added things like a forum, I've added RSS feeds and a facebook app and it's quite a nice little social network - currently we've got about 30 people, all friends of friends of friends actively doing a project.

I've been doing a "365 day photo challenge" of taking one photo every day this year, although as of Saturday last week I've let it slip, whoops! lol

between 1:00 and 2:00 you get a brief glimpse of Noah's gf or similar in a reflection. You can also spot a reflection to show he isn't always fully clothed when he takes these photos (just pants ladies! Nothing too interesting!)

People should really be more careful about what they post on the internets, or take more care about where they take photo's! But that wouldn't ever be much fun.

I saw an email once that was going around with a man on ebay selling a table and in the mirror on his wall was him taking the picture naked as a jay bird!

It's kind of by invitation at the moment, because we're having to keep an eye on server disk space as it's really difficult to guess how much we're going to need, and because by keeping it small and for friends of friends it doesn't need moderating.

We're not really geared up to scaling it up to the whole world getting involved at the moment, but I can PM you a link if you want to take a look or get involved
