    Wow, how long has it been going? I think were up to about 670 now in just over a year, and if we logged everything (and we are getting better at that) we would be probably around 1000

    Look ... if you will stop logging calls just to get your minions to make you a cuppa. It is not good use of the system and throws the stats off!

    My minion makes me a cup of tea without even asking or logging a ticket, I think you need better trained minions

    And what proportion of the calls are... ?
    a) the printer's run out of paper
    b) the printer's run out of ink
    c) I've forgotten how to turn on the electricity
    d) He's forgotten his password
    e) The internet's broken

    Go on... with that number of calls, it's got to be worth doing some stats!

    were at 1697 going for a year now, however only about quarter of our jobs get logged... we've only just recently asked a few members of staff to put calls in through the help-desk so we can log more efficiently.

    P.S


    if we get more than one printer credit job or password reset etc they all go into one job log as a group. so if i get 10 password reset requests in one day that counts as one job for that day :/

    That's about 4 years of calls - but vastly underrates the number of calls, as forgotten passwords and staff left logged on around the building rarely get logged.

    Printers are indeed the highest number of calls...great...
