    Tesco Vouchers for Schools!

    Ok its a great idea but my god counting them is a pain.. our parents must spend a fortune there!!
    Ill give you a running total as I go

    Probably of absolute no interest at all but I way ours on the postage scales - 190 gms = 500 vouchers.

    total at ours so far is 6000 (give or take a few)...last year we made it to 58000...hoping to beat that target this year!

    What are you all going to buy with them?

    TBH some things are worth the vouchers, others aren't. We want to do a raffle with the top prize as an iTouch, not sure we will be able to though.

    Really? I find our Primary kids are much better (and more accurate) at counting them then the Secondary kids are. That said, it is the Juniors not the Infants who count them.

    And your scales are sensitive enough to register that you have put 190g not 189.62g on (the weight of 499 vouchers), are they?

    We did this last year and yes, they were. In fact, we weighed them so accurately we knew if a corner had been torn off one of the vouchers in the pile.
