You say 'Business Information Technology' at Leeds, but don't actually say what the qualification is, or what level you achieved?

Where did you deploy Windows ME at the enterprise level? (Mainly so I never accept contract work / job offers from them )

ESX - get the spelling and capitalisation fixed. Lots of people assume the worst if you can't even get the name right. Any HR person doing the first cut and told to look for $acronym is going to round-file you if they don't see it.

Personally I'd ditch the 'references on request' bit, and replace it with the actual contact details of the people you're going to ask for a reference from.

If you're going to give me that info as soon as I ask for it, why not save me the bother of having to ask in the first place?
It just shows you're open, and may also so your boss is a mate of mine...

Jobs are as much about favours as they are about education and experience.

Because slavetraders and HR people act like complete retards at times and it's best not to allow them to scattergun your referees. If he's uploading the cv to places like Monster removing the referees contact details is pretty standard (and considerate) on any cv released into the wild.
