    was wondering how people are getting on with school restrucutre what proccess are schools at..

    Here we have got union rep meeting later with head where he will be go start proccess...

    "Below are the guidance notes that have been sent to headteachers about
    the process

    If you have any concerns let me know. Any change to a support staff
    post must follow the following process

    The need for additional staff and the appropriate pay and grading for
    any new post. Where the duties of existing staff are revised the
    suitability of the role, workload and contractual hours, training needs,
    and a review of pay and grading have to be considered. The grade of any
    post for support staff in a community school must be selected from the
    LEA grades. any revision of job descriptions should normally be agreed
    between the head and the member of staff. Any extention of working
    hours must be by agreement. "
