    TCO ... it can be made to say nearly anything you want, but the best way of looking at it is "will it save me time even though it costs a little more? A reasonable amount more or a heck of a lot more?"

    In Russ's case anything that saves him time, to spend on EduGeek or with his better half, is going to be worth it ;-)

    Can say mou is nothing like bsf and wouldn't have much say into it as lea will go with who they like with bsf and nothing i or the school says will make difference.
    Actually, the LEA don't decide - They can opt to do an in-house bid, but the decisions are made by Partnerships UK PLC who won the contract to oversee BSF procurement.
