Leeds/Reading this year anyone??
Wheyyy, just checked my inbox to see my ticket confirmation had come through after buying ma' Leeds tickets last night and we're good to go!
Anyone else going to either? I think the line up's quite good this year.. Hope its as good as last time I went.. which was 2003 I think..
Arcade Fire, QoTsa, Cypress Hill and Limp Bizkit - just to see Fred Durst dancing around like a prat haha. Then Crystal Castles, Pendulum and LCD soundsystem for some all round electro goodness.
Hope I can fit all those in and more..

Sadly no festivals for me this year, absolutely gutted cause I love to squeeze a few in every year. I've only been to reading once 2008 (RATM,QOTSA,Serj Tankian,Biff) absolute quality. The line up this year looks nailed on, Cypress Hill owe me at least 40 mins of a set after walking off stage at MK all those years ago.
Have a cracker, any spare tickets surface..give me a nudge-Reading that is..

I've not long since got back from Download, it was awesome. I'll me making my way to Leeds too this year. Personaly I'd rather not hear QOTSA again, in 2008 they were on And I reckon they were just bashing out power-chords at one point. Them Crooked Vultures were the same at Download (hardly surprising).
I can't even remember the Leeds lineup but in general it's more my kind of festival than Download. Here's to getting wrevcked and rocking out.

Reading for me
A lot of people have said to me they're dissapointed with the lineup but I love it - in fact theres so many bands I want to see I know I'm going to end up dissapointed!
Not all that bothered about any of the headliners but want to see the Libertines, QOTSA, and most of the NME stage - especially Crystal Castles, Pendulum, LCD, Big Pink, New Young Pony Club and Hadouken

I'm at Reading for the 7th time in a row. There are some good bands this year but I won't get excited until about the day before.
