Gloucestershire, has been turned down in its bid for BSF funding, a day after Leicestershire were also turned down.
Has this happened anywhere else?? and what did it do to the BSF program in that area??
Any thoughts ??

This really depends why it has been turned down. The usual reason seems to be not enough detail in the bid. In which case the Authority has to add the missing details and re-submit the bid. This would seem to be the case in Gloucestershire.
