Pretty self-explanatory really. On Wednesday 3rd March at 7pm, we want to try and get as many people as possible to log into
MyMaths.co.uk - Bringing Maths Alive with their username and password, and see if it's enough to cause the servers to crash. Here's to hoping!
Whether you are black or white, smoker or non-smoker, gay or straight, boy or girl, we all share a common hatred. The hatred for easily accessable online maths homework. Homework never interfered with our facebook or other internet uses, so why should is start now? Let us, The People, destroy the machine. Let's break Mymaths!
Oh and don't forget to invite people
We need as many people as we can for this to work.
A lot of people have been commenting saying that this will not work. Maybe so. But how will we know until we've tried? ;D and to be honest, the more people who join, the more likely it is to work!
A lot of people keep saying that we should DDOS it. Well as great as that would be, it's also illegal. At least this way, we're not doing anything wrong, and we can pass it off as a spontaneous urge from 5000 people to do some maths (ha).
And even if it's only down for a few minutees, that's the only excuse we need to get out of a bit of maths homework. 'MyMaths was down when I tried.' and this time, it'll be true.
