    This is problem people think that you need to be in management to wear a tie when it should be about dressing in a professional manner. Ok if culture of the workplace means it is no tie place then ok. But 90% of work places dressing professtional means for a men wearing a tie.

    The thing about professionalism is it is not the way your act but way people perceive you and the way you act that is important.

    When I do wear a tie [VERY seldom] I prefer the 'Full Windsor'

    I can think of two - neither are daily occurances (I hope ) - Job interviews and funerals.
